Somatic Coaching

I offer gentle yet transformative 1:1 sessions where we discuss & identify deep subconscious patterns, process them, and open up a felt sense of spaciousness.

Somatic coaching opens up more richness when life is flowing, and fosters you with creative resilience, deeper trust, and inner capacity to move forward when life ebbs.

What is my approach?

An integrative approach of experiential (talk and sensory based) coaching sessions that uses elements of coaching frameworks from Somatic Experiencing, Parts-Work, Inner Child Work, and Coherence Therapy. These are well-respected trauma informed coaching modalities.

*I'm not a mental health professional, I do not diagnose or treat individuals with mental health conditions or disorders.

  • To put simply: we sit together and explore what is making you feel stuck, anxious, angry, confused or fearful. Some people are not ready to jump right into the bigness of these sensations and that's okay. First we build safety within the container, and then we gradually touch the sticky points from a trauma-informed lens. Gradually over time, the sessions give you an opportunity to emotionally and somatically process stuck emotions in your body and nervous system.

  • I am not a licensed mental health professional. My approach to somatic coaching is informed by several different therapeutic modalities that I’ve learned through various trainings, publications, webinars etc. I am currently enrolled in Dr. Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing program to become a Somatic Experiencing Practioner.

    These sessions are not a substitute for therapy but they are deeply healing and transformative. I do not work with individuals with active mental health concerns.

  • Short answer, in person or virtual!

    If you’re local to Central Vermont:

    I offer in-person sessions at The Sanctuary in Northfield on Fridays.

    If you’re NOT local:

    We can meet over zoom. Which is just as meaningful and powerful, and gives you the option of feeling comfortable in your own space.

  • $90 for a 60 min session.

    Sliding scale available. Please reach out if cost is a barrier.
